Shipping & Delivery
Made to Order: Every Honey & Herb merch item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order. Once production is complete, delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days. All merchandise must be shipped; restaurant pickup is not available.
Changes and Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address. Changes and cancellations can only be made before the order enters production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns and Product Problems: Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no charge. Please email Hello@Honey-and-Herb.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item.
