​Breakfast Restaurant in Thousand Oaks
Honey & Herb is a full-service breakfast and brunch restaurant in Thousand Oaks built around waffles made from scratch. Our menu includes six waffle styles: classic Belgian, Liège, savory Belgian, savory brioche, vegan, and gluten-free.
Those waffles show up in more than breakfast plates. We use them for eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, chicken and waffles, and desserts. Guests can also order familiar favorites with eggs, bacon, potatoes, coffee, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.
Families are welcome. Kids have their own menu and a large chalk wall to draw on, and dogs can join their people on the patio. Vegan and gluten-free waffles are available for guests with different dietary needs.
What Makes Honey & Herb Different
We prepare our waffle batters in-house and cook each waffle to order. The menu moves between sweet, savory, traditional, and unexpected without losing sight of what people want from breakfast: good food, friendly service, and a comfortable place to sit down together.
Honey & Herb is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday, with extended hours Friday through Sunday. Reserve a table through Resy, order online, or stop in and ask about the next available table.
