I've never had such an incredible savory waffle brunch. Pork belly on top of a waffle and further topped with onion rings and pickled onions. OMG delish! The Perfect Birthday Brunch Spot! I had an absolutely phenomenal time at Honey & Herb Belgium Waffle House for a birthday brunch, and I was not disappointed! The food was incredible--everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Belgian waffles were out of this world, and every dish we tried was just as tasty. The staff was friendly, attentive, and really made the experience special. Plus, the mimosa was the perfect touch to round out the meal--it definitely sealed the deal for me! Worth the Drive Every Time! We happily drive out of our way for this brunch gem -- it's that good. The avocado toast is next-level: fresh, perfectly seasoned, and topped with all the right extras. And don't even get me started on the chicken & waffles -- crispy, juicy, sweet and savory perfection on a plate. The mimosa flights are such a fun touch -- great variety, and they actually taste different (not just colored juice). The staff is friendly and quick even when it's busy.
