At Honey & Herb, we love supporting our community! Hosting a fundraiser at our restaurant is simple, fun, and rewarding. We’ll partner with your school, team, or organization to make it a success—splitting the pre-tax sales total and giving 30% back to your cause. All you need to do is fill out the form below to get started!
Donations
We love giving back to our community. Most often, that means donating gift cards for raffles and silent auctions to help schools, teams, and local organizations with their fundraising efforts. We’ve also supported local teams with cash donations, sometimes paired with a banner on the field so we can proudly cheer them on. Fundraiser FAQ
Do you give us 30% of all sales from that day.
We give 30% from the parties that specifically mention your fundraiser.
Do we need to reach a certain sales target to receive the percentage?
Nope. Regardless of if it's $10 or $10,000 in pre-tax sales, you get 30%.
How far in advanced do we need to notify you?
Honestly that's up to you. We can do 48 hours. But you probably want to give yourself enough time to promote your fundraiser, so as many people as possible participate.
How will you know people are there for our fundraiser?
Guests must specifically mention they're part of the fundraiser. At that point, the server or host will tag that order in our system as a fundraiser order so it can be counted toward the fundraiser. Your guest should see "fundraiser" as a line item on their receipt.
Do you do multiple fundraisers on the same day?
Historically no. We have only fund-raised for one organization per day.
Can we do multiple days?
Sure! Since we donate specifically from the guests that mention your fundraiser, we have absolutely no problem doing multiple days.
Donation FAQ
What will you donate?
Most often we donate gift cards for silent auctions. We have also donated cash to sponsor local sports teams such as Camarillo High Basketball and Moorpark Girls Softball.
How far in advance do I need to request?
Feel free to do it last minute. If you have a good cause, we have no problem whipping up a gift card within 48hrs.
How much do you generally donate?
Giftcards are generally around $50, sometimes more. Buying banners etc, can be a few hundred. We historically do not donate more than $300.
What kind of organizations do you donate to?
We've donated directly to schools. Donated to sports teams at schools. Donated to AYSO teams. Donated to charities. Etc. If the cause is good, and we're helping other humans... we have no problem donating.
I filled out the form and I never hear back...
Honestly, it was probably because we couldn't tell what exactly you wanted from us. Re-submit with a specific ask. We like straight foward asks 🙂
