My husband has a dairy allergy and we decided to try their vegan waffle. It was impressive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are willing to use their vegan options to replace any part of another meal. The vegan waffle was light and fully. The vegan whipped cream was creamy and tasty. All of the food was great. They had an amazing Bloody Mary that was enough for two. We had a great experience.Most of the menu is conventional food, real egg, bacon etc. We came for the vegan menus items, ordered the vegan waffle breakfast, with waffle & vegan scrambled egg n sausage. Was very good. The server even had the ingredients for the vegan sausage on his phone.Vegan chicken and waffles with salad was delicious!Amazing food as always!! They won't have vegan butter or sour cream, but honey and herb goes all out. Their service is excellent specifically the waiter Oscar is fantastic. He is atentative &, polite, and if anything is not to your liking, he attends to it immediately. It's hard to believe that so many restaurants are missing out on the Vegan movement. Honey and herb gets it right the first time. I have been a customer for over two years now, and I will continue as one of their customers. Thank you honey for being consistent, I always have a great experience, I only wish you had more locations. But I am so glad you're only 15 to 20 minutes away.Great waffles and vegan Options. Bloody Mary is good too!We just recently found this spot in Newbury Park and absolutely love it. If you love waffles it is the place to go. Their menu has some creative names for their waffle dishes. They can also do vegan waffles! My grandkids always ask to go. We have not had a bad dish yet. Service has always been very good as well.Went here for dinner. Yummy food. Chicken and waffles were great. Vegan friendly waffles for grandkids were a hit. We split an order and they separated the plates without asking.I love that they offer Gluten Free waffles and vegan options too! Great service and chill ambience! It's tough to find a spot anywhere with VEGAN WAFFLES, let alone vegan versions of chicken, eggs, sausage and whipped cream to pair with them, but Honey and Herb has got them all! The location is nice with a cozy, relaxed diner-esque atmosphere. We sat inside but there's a pretty dope patio as well. But now let's get to the food. I went the Chicken and Waffles... But the Vegan Version (yes the actual full name of the meal on the menu) and I relished every damn bite. The "chicken" was battered and fried oyster mushrooms that came crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside to perfectly complement the fluffy waffle underneath. I threw some maple syrup and hot sauce on mine, but you do you. My GF got the Vegan Special Breakfast which was waffle, sausage and eggs and our little guy got the Waffley Cute off the kid's menu and everyone left more than satisfied. We decided to try it on Mother’s Day, so we put our name on the waitlist which was an hour and a half long, perfect for us since we live about 30 minutes away. We checked out the menu before we ever left home. We decided to share a mimosa flight. So we picked out our four flavors; guava, peach, mango, pineapple. We expected a cute 2 ounce glass of each and were surprised to have a full flute of each flavor. They were a delicious way to start our Mother’s Day celebration. We all chose one of the breakfast options: the original classic, the chocolate classic, and the vegan classic. The original is a Belgian waffle with eggs and bacon. The chocolate classic is chocolate chip topped Belgian waffle with eggs and bacon. The vegan classic is a vegan Belgian waffle with plant-based egg and plant-based sausage patty. They are served with your choice of side and we all chose the seasoned potatoes. The waffles are light and fluffy with just a touch of sweetness served with a dollop of homemade sweet whipped cream. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were prepared perfectly and the potatoes were crispy and flavorful. Even though it was such a busy day, we never waited long. Our server came to our table as soon as we were seated and took our order. She arrived with our beverages and very shortly after our food followed. The entire experience was amazing!
